Marcin Wielewski When You look the cover and listen to the music, You will feel the foggy swamp around You. Nice throat vocals, catchy tunes. The sound reminds me of Mountain Witch, dark grunge. Favorite track: Huntsman.

James McKeown many years have been spent crafting the sound that Moon of the Wolf possess. the evolution of their sound shines through on this album taking the listener on a musical journey. This is certain to be one of 2017 musical highlights. Do not eat the red rope licorice, I repeat, do not eat the red rope licorice. Favorite track: With Prowess.

Old Man Doom I thought at first glance this band was from Salem MA and thought it might be some of that Puritan Witchcraft trappings but these guys hail from Oregon. Well they still lay down some good fucking riffs and in the right frame of mind I can hear some spell being chanted. Goes good with brownies. Favorite track: Huntsman.

These guys are, in my opinion, one of the greatest stoner/sludge band that have popped up in recent years. Sure, you have the "old gods" like Sleep, Electric Wizard, and Kyuss but Spaceslug brings something new to the table. They're fresh, and it seems like they've got no thought of stopping anytime soon.
